SPRINGTIME LIME SALAD 
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. creamed Cottage cheese
1/2 c. broken nuts
1/2 c. finely cut celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk

Dissolve 1 package lime Jell-O in 3/4 cup boiling water. Cool slightly, then stir in 1 cup evaporated milk. Chill until thick as unbeaten egg whites. Fold in crushed pineapple (do not drain), lemon juice, creamed Cottage cheese, broken nuts, celery and mayonnaise. Pour into mold holding 5 cups.
