DELTA ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 stick butter
2 (#2) cans LeSeur English peas, drained
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Melt butter in skillet and saute top 3 ingredients until onions are transparent. Add English peas and other ingredients to sauteed vegetables. Put in greased casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
