1/2 c. butter (softened) 1 c. flour 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened) Cream butter and cream cheese. Add flour and mix well. Form a ball. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Form a quarter sized ball and shape with floured melon baller or fingertips into small muffin pan. Add filling and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done. Makes 24. FILING: 3/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt |
