RAISIN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
9" unbaked pie shell

Put eggs in bowl and beat in corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt until well blended. Stir in raisins and nuts; put all in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. I have trouble over cooking (be careful).

I've used egg substitute instead of eggs.
