CHEESE CAKE OR PIE 
9 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into graham cracker shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool about 5 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread topping on cooled cheese cake and bake at 400 degrees for 5 or 10 minutes. Food coloring may be added if desired (2 drops) to topping.
