WILTED CABBAGE WITH CHEESE 
7 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. boiling water
1 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
crushed potato chips

Cook cabbage in boiling water until wilted. Drain. Place in buttered casserole in alternate layers with cheese and soup. Top with crushed chips. Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.

Serves 8 to 10.
