LIME AND PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. nuts
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1 c. celery

Dissolve Jello in hot pineapple juice. Break up softened cream cheese in Jello, using a mixer on low speed. Add 1 cup cold water; place in refrigerator until partially jelled. Takes 15-20 minutes. Add pineapple, nuts, celery, Cool Whip, stir and place in mold and refrigerate.
