VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. each cheese soup
1 1/2 oz. butter buds, or 3 pkg.
4 oz. hot tap water, to dissolved butter buds
1 c. each carrots, onions, celery, diced
1 sm. head cabbage
1 bunch broccoli, stems included, diced
24 oz. potatoes, diced
4 chicken or beef bouillon cubes
8 c. water
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Mix all together except cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Add cheese and simmer 30 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
