HAUPIA 
1 can (12 oz.) frozen coconut milk
3/4 c. water
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. cornstarch

Place frozen coconut milk in a glass mixing bowl and cook in microwave oven for 3 minutes. Break apart any frozen chunks and continue to cook 1-2 minutes longer, or until thawed. Stir in water, sugar and cornstarch; mix thoroughly. Return bowl to microwave oven and cook 4 minutes, stirring and rotating bowl after 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly and pour into an 8 inch square pan. Cool until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
