3 env. dry yeast, mixed in 1 c. warm water - set aside
6 eggs, room temperature - beat and set aside
1 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
1 c. American cheese, cubed
4 c. flour
2 c. grated Italian cheese
3/4 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. oil

Mix all dry ingredients; add yeast mixture; eggs and oil; mix thoroughly. Will be sticky. Press into greased angel food pan. Let rise 2 to 3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for exactly 45 minutes.
