SUPREME CHICKEN BROCCOLI 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
2 c. boned, cooked chicken in large pieces
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

In small saucepan combine soup, mayo, milk and seasonings. Bring to a boil over low heat stirring occasionally. Combine half of the soup mixture with the rice. Turn into a buttered shallow casserole. Drain broccoli thoroughly and spread over rice. Arrange chicken over broccoli. Top with remaining soup mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
