FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
1 stick softened butter
1/2 c. nuts (finely chopped)
1 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar (optional)
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix softened butter, nuts and flour and pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mix powdered sugar (if used), cream cheese and half of the Cool Whip (4 1/2 ounce) and spread on cooled crust.

Mix well the pistachio pudding, milk and vanilla and spread when it starts to set up. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
