STRAWBERRY CREAM PIE 
2 c. cottage cheese, low fat
1 c. yogurt, plain, low fat
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. strawberries, hulled, washed & patted dry
1 (8") graham crust or chocolate pie crust

Place cottage cheese in food processor and process until smooth. Add yogurt, honey, lemon juice and strawberries and process until pureed. Pour into prepared pie crust and chill for several hours before serving. Blueberries, raspberries or peaches may be substituted for strawberries.
