STRAWBERRY WHIPPED CREAM PIE | |
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip 1 qt. fresh or frozen (thawed) strawberries, sliced (unsweetened) 1 c. coconut 1 c. pecans Blend milk and lemon juice well. Fold in Cool Whip, strawberries, coconut and nuts. Pile in 2 regular or 1 large baked and cooled pie shells. Decorate top with sliced strawberries. Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving. Tastes better when its been refrigerated overnight. |
