FISH CASSEROLE 
Fish (can be sole, salmon, whatever)
1/2 lb. popcorn shrimp
1 onion, chopped
2/3 oz. martini mix
Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Make a white sauce, add chopped onions and martini mix. Pour over fish which has already been topped with shrimp. Sprinkle with grated cheese, bread crumbs, sliced tomatoes and slivered onions. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
