MUSHROOM ROLL-UPS | |
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms 3 pkgs. crescent rolls 1 med. minced onion 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, & parsley to taste Cut off mushroom stems and chop finely. Mince onion and saute with mushroom stems in butter for approximately 5 minutes. Add spices while sauteing. Add mixture to softened cream cheese. Spread on unrolled crescent dough. Roll up like a jelly roll and refrigerate. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned. Recipe can be prepared and frozen for future use. |
