ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 cups zucchini peeled and shredded, cook without any water about 6 minutes stirring occasionally. Drain.

In large pan 5 cups of sugar, 3/4 cup lemon juice, 1 cup pineapple with juice (crushed) add to zucchini and bring to boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 (6 oz.) pkg. of Jello any flavor stir and put in jars and seal. Strawberry and raspberry work the best.
