3 c. grated zucchini 3 c. sugar 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello Combine zucchini and 3 cups sugar. Bring to a boil and then slowly cook 1/2 hour. Add 1 package raspberry Jello. Pack into jars and seal. |
