ZUCCHINI JAM | |
6 c. grated and drained zucchini 6 c. sugar 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 (6 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin Cook zucchini until clear. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple and cook for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Ladle into jars, cover and refrigerate. |
