CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 lb. highly seasoned ground meat
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 c. raw rice
1 (8 oz.) can Rotel tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water

Cut cabbage into small pieces and put layer of cabbage in pan. Then add seasoned meat, tomato sauce, and raw rice until all is used. Add the water. Top with bits of sausage or bacon. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
