ZUCCHINI PIE 
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 minced onion
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. or more grated cheese
4 eggs

Beat eggs with fork. Add oil and Bisquick. Add other ingredients. Pour into buttered 10 inch Pyrex pie plate.

Bake in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes or until golden on top.
