OVEN OMELET 
Melt 1/4 cup butter and spread in 9"x13" pan. Beat 18 eggs, add 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup milk, 2 teaspoons salt and 1/4 cup onion (or 1 tablespoon minced onions). Brown 12 pork sausages, cut into small pieces, add to egg mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
