OVEN OMELET BRUNCH 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 dozen eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green onion

In a 325 degree oven, melt butter in a 9 x 13 1/2 x 2 inch dish. Tilt the dish to coat the bottom with butter.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended. Stir in the onion. Pour egg mixture into the dish and bake until eggs are set but still moist, about 35 minutes.
