AUNT MAE'S BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. head broccoli florets
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. med. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
8 oz. can water chestnuts, diced
1/2 lb. fried bacon, crumbled, or bacon bits
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Toss everything together except bacon at least 12 hours before serving. Add bacon on top just before serving.
