PASTA SALAD 
1/2 lb. rotini
1 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. cucumber, quartered and sliced
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. black olives
1/2 c. stuffed olives
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Prepare rotini according to package directions. Drain. Add tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, green pepper, ripe and stuffed olives, celery and onion. Blend olive oil, vinegar, seasoned salt, pepper and paprika. Toss dressing with salad mixture. Cover and chill. Before serving, toss gently. Serves 6-8.
