PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
Dissolve 1 1/2 pkg. lemon Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Let stand until cold but not firm.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. cream or half & half

Blend.

1 small can crushed pineapple
1 sm. jar pimentos, cut fine
1 level tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. Cool Whip

Add last 4 ingredients to cream cheese mixture and blend well.

Add Jello by small amounts and blend. Put in greased 10 x 6 1/2 glass pan and chill.

This can be made with sugarless Jello, pineapple and light cream cheese for diabetics.
