Dried bread cubes 1 sm. onion 2 eggs 1/2 to 3/4 c. diced celery Garlic salt Giblets, gizzards or bouillon cubes Salt and pepper Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. Boil cut up giblets in water until cooked through. Put giblets in dry mixture and add enough broth to moisten bread. Put in dish or pan and cover with foil. Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. |
