HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple

To juice add sufficient water to make 1 cup.

1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

Set aside.

2 cups leftover chicken

Add liquid and chunk pineapple. Cook and stir until thick and clear. (May be served with rice or Stove Top stuffing.
