HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts
1 lg. tomato, cut in bite size pieces
1/2 green pepper, cut in bite size pieces
1/2 c. pineapple chunks (save juice)
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar

Saute chicken (bite size pieces) in oil until almost done. Add pepper, then tomato and pineapple. Add last 4 ingredients and cook until thickens. Serve over rice.
