VEGETABLE CRUNCH 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix together and place in 8x12 inch greased dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. crumbled saltine crackers
1/2 stick butter, melted

Put crackers on top of mixture and pour butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
