Bring to a boil:

1 stick butter (do not substitute butter)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark Karo (be sure its DARK)

Pour over:

1 box Crispix cereal
1 c. pecans, chopped

Stir. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Pour out on foil, wax paper or counter top and let cool. Cut and store in airtight container.
