FAVORITE CARAMEL CORN 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Eagle Brand pretzels
8 c. crispix cereal
1 c. peanuts

Place pretzels, Crispix and peanuts in a large roasting pan. Combine butter, sugar, syrup and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil, without stirring, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla (mixture will foam). Pour mixture over pretzels etc. and mix well. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool. Stir once during cooling to keep corn from sticking together.
