CARROT BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 (4 1/2 oz.) carrot baby food or 3 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together until blended well. Pour into greased 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
2-3 pkgs. cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth. Top with chopped nuts.
