DELICIOUS T-BONE STEAK 
T-Bone steak (1 per person)
Dale's steak sauce (I buy at Walmart)
Moore's barbecue sauce (or your favorite)
hot grill
fork

First poke each steak repeatedly with a fork. Second pour Dale's on the steaks. Third let steak sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Fourth put the steak on the hot grill. Fifth cook steak to how you like it (I like medium rare). Sixth flip steak with fork and repeat step five. Seventh serve with Moore's or your favorite BBQ sauce.

This sounds really great - however....if you use a fork in a steak "while preparing" - the fact that you are piercing the steak - lets juices leak from meat... possibly creating a dry steak. Please - use tongs. (I learned this the hard way). Now - after the steak is done to my liking - I wrap it in foil - put to back of grill and "let it rest" about 7-8 minutes. Gives the juices time to redistribute. When you open the foil - you will also see a little juice. Pour this over a baked potato - and your in grill heaven.
