BLUEBERRY BREAD 
1 c. + 2 tbsp. butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. blueberries

Cream butter. Add sugar gradually. Beat well. Beat in vanilla. Combine 2 3/4 cup flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Mix blueberries with 1/4 cup flour. Fold in. Grease and flour bottom only of 13"x9"x2" (or 2 - 8" round) cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes.
