CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. cornbread dressing mix 1 stick butter 2 cans cream of chicken soup 4 lg. chicken breast Boil chicken, do not salt, remove bone and skin. Save broth. Melt butter and stir into dressing. In a greased dish, put a layer of dressing, layer of chicken, and a layer of chicken soup diluted with 2 cans of water. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
