PORK OR TURKEY CURRY 
1/2 stick butter
2 onions (chopped)
2 apples (peeled and chopped)
1/2 c. raisins
2-3 tbsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2-3 c. cooked cubed turkey or pork
2 c. cooked rice

Melt butter in skillet. Add onions, apples and raisins. Cook over medium heat until onions and apples are soft.

In a small bowl mix together curry powder, flour and salt. Stir into skillet until thoroughly combined. Stirring constantly, slowly pour in milk and cook until mixture starts to thicken. Stir in cooked turkey or pork and continue cooking until meat is heated through.

Cook rice according to package directions (in chicken or turkey stock if available). Serve curry over the cooked rice.
