TURKEY CURRY 
2 c. left over roasted turkey
1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. curry powder, less for milder taste
2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped unpared apple
Cooked rice
1/2 c. each, toasted, slivered almonds, toasted coconut, and crisp crumbled bacon

Melt butter is medium saucepan. Add onion and cook 5 minutes on low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Remove from heat, gradually adding milk and stirring constantly until thickened. Add turkey, celery and apple. Cook 5 minutes. Serve over rice. Sprinkle toasted almonds, coconut and bacon on top. Omit any topping you don't like.
