TURKEY CURRY 
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped pared tart apples
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. curry powder
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 c. diced turkey
4 c. chow mein noodles

Heat butter in skillet, add apples and onion. Cook until tender but not brown. Stir in flour and curry powder. Slowly stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thickens. Add salt and turkey. Heat through. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
