QUICK TURKEY CURRY 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. diced cooked turkey

Cook onion in butter in saucepan until tender, but not brown. Add soup and milk; heat and stir until smooth. Stir in sour cream and curry powder; add turkey. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot rice.
