FISH BAKE 
2 lbs. haddock or sole fillets
1 c. white sauce or frozen cream of shrimp soup, thawed
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Place fish in small pieces in 13 x 9 baking dish. Spread with soup or white sauce, cover with foil. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine butter, onion and Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Then mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over fish and bake another 10 minutes uncovered. NOTE: You can use combination of fish and crabmeat. Use 1/2 recipe and serve in shells as an appetizer.
