3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. white sugar
3 c. chopped, peeled apples (red delicious preferred)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. oil.

Mix all ingredients and spoon into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool before serving.
