TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
Thumb-sized piece of ginger, crushed
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. sesame oil
(Optional: chopped scallions and toasted crushed sesame seeds. Save some for garnish too.)

Marinate tender slices of beef, pork and chicken overnight and grill. Great brushed on fish, especially salmon, on the grill. Happy cooking!
