CHICKEN & DRESSING 
3 c. bread, cubed
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. cooked chicken (cut in bite-size pieces)
(I like to add some raisins & 1 apple, diced)
1 c. or more chicken broth

Saute the celery and onion in the butter. Add the rest of ingredients and chicken broth to your desired consistency. Little soupy is better than too dry. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
