STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 pt. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 c. shredded American cheese

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Reserve caps. Chop stems with onion in butter in skillet for 5 minutes until tender. Add crumbs; cook 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and seasonings. Fill mushroom caps with stuffing. Place in 10x8 inch baking pan. Pour cream around mushroom. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
