CHICKEN IN MUSHROOM SAUCE 
6-8 boneless chicken breast
6-8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. bag pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Spray 9x13 inch baking pan with Pam and arrange chicken. Add slightly diluted mushroom soup. Put slice of cheese over each piece of chicken. Spread stuffing mix over entire pan. Drizzle butter over stuffing mix. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with rice or potatoes.
