3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. wine, red or white
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Use to marinate any kind of meat. Makes about 2 cups.
