DEVILED EGGS 
3 hard cooked eggs
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Slice hard cooked eggs in half. Carefully remove yolks and mash in a bowl. Combine mashed egg yolk, sweet pickle relish, mayonaise, pimiento, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir mixture until well blended. Fill egg white halves with egg yolk mixture, dividing evenly between the 6 halves. Chill before serving.
