QUICK 'N' EASY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
2 (10 1/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans French fried onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In heavy skillet cook beef with salt until brown, stirring to break pieces with spoon. Transfer beef to large bowl. Add potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese and chopped onions. Mix well. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Top with fried onions. Bake 15 minutes more or until bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
