R-E-C-I-P-E 
1 1/2-2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
2 c. rice, uncooked
2 c. corn
1 lg. can whole tomatoes, chopped
Cheese (American or Velveeta)

Use electric skillet for this dish. Brown beef and onion; drain and season. Layer rice, then corn, then tomatoes. Cover; cook on medium heat 15-20 minutes. Watch so it doesn't get dry and burn. Add some water if necessary. Add cheese and heat until melted. Serve with salad and a bread.
